Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

Graze n' Thyme will accept a date change for a Graze Box or Board order within 4 days' notice of the original delivery/pick-up date.


Graze n' Thyme assumes no responsibility to changes in social gathering rules.

Events/Graze Table Hire

All deposits for Graze Table hires/events are non-refundable. We do allow date changes if notified at least 4 weeks or more in advance of your original event date. For event cancellations, any prior deposits/payments made will be forfeited.

If a placed and paid order is unable to be fulfilled due to date conflicts, the customer is entitled to one of two options:

  • Change in delivery/pick-up date
  • Store credit
