How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed on our website. Take a look through our menu and find what best suits your needs.

How much notice do you need?
  • Graze boxes: 48 hours
  • Graze boards: 7 days
  • Graze tables: 14 days
How much notice do you need for large events?

Please email hello@grazenthyme.ca for any inquiries for events. A minimum of 4 weeks notice is asked for large events/orders.

Do you accommodate last minute orders?

Please send us an email for inquiries in accommodating your rush order.

Do you customize orders?

We do offer customization for a small fee. Please send us an email, hello@grazenthyme.ca to inquire about customizing your box, board or table.

What if I have food allergies?

Our graze contents are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Anyone with a food allergy should not consume our products.

Once I receive my order, how long should it be consumed?

Boxes can be consumed within 2 days if kept in a fridge.

If not, it should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery or pick-up.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, we charge a delivery fee based on your location.

Are you Food Safe Certified?

Yes. All staff are food safe certified and run our business in accordance with provincial regulations and bylaws.

All food is prepared and packaged in a licensed commercial kitchen.

Is your business insured?

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed.
